What’s is like working with a Fractional Executive?

Not every business is ready for or has a need for a full-time COO; OPG fills the gap in operational leadership until you are. We work with your team on a part-time basis each week just like a full-time executive would. We participate in leadership discussions, offer input, and roll up our sleeves to help you get things done.

Do you work in our industry?

We work with businesses in all industries.  The most common challenges businesses have are universal, and we’ve probably dealt with ones you are experiencing before.  Our deepest expertise is in professional services businesses, and we do not specialize in logistics or manufacturing.

How long can we work with you?

We work with you as long as you need, from a short-term project that lasts a few months to on-going fractional leadership. Our engagements don’t have a set ending date and don’t require a long-term commitment.

Do you work with startup businesses?

Yes! If a startup wants to make sure they are setting themselves up for future success, we can give guidance and help get you started off right. Depending on where you are in building your business, the right mix of services for you will vary.
