Coaching

football game

“They’re a well-coached team.”

If you watch college football (or your team sport of choice), you’ve heard this assessment before, most likely talking about a winning team.

What does that look like?

  • – Every position on the team knows their role.
  • – They know the playbook.
  • – They know the goal for every play.
  • – They know the overall objectives.
  • – They know what winning looks like, for the team and each position.
  • – They communicate.
  • – They operate as a unit.

I could go on but you get the picture. We know what a well-oiled machine looks like.

And it isn’t just sports teams. Or athletes. Musicians, business leaders, and people in many different roles who are at the top of their game find value in coaching.

Why? It makes them better. A coach gives guidance. The coach may see things that the team or person can’t see by themselves. The mere presence of a coach can increase focus.

Coaching can help your team too by challenging you to get better, reach higher, or do the things you’ve been putting off.

Does your team operate like a well-oiled machine? If not, let’s have a conversation on how your team can become one. Contact us at https://www.linkedin.com/in/cmatt/ or https://opalpg.com/contact/.
